Lithgow City Council invites you to review and make comment upon the suite of documents which make up Our Place…Our Future Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
‘Our Place…Our Future' Community Strategic Plan 2025 :The draft Community Strategic Plan is significant to Council and the community as it provides an overarching framework based on the community’s priorities and aspirations for the development of a sustainable future for the Lithgow local government area.
‘Our Place… Our Future’ – Long Term Financial Plan 2012-2022 : Identifies Councils projected income and expenditure over a 10 year period.
Our Place…Our Future – Strategic Asset Management Plan: Identifies the condition of Assets, their value and the identified actions and projected costs needed to maintain and improve those assets over time.
Our Place…Our Future – Workforce Strategy 2012-2016
Identifies the staff resources required to deliver the services and programs identified in the Delivery Program.
Our Place…Our Future Combined Delivery Program 2012-2016 and Operations Plan 2012-2013
In its first year of office, each newly elected Council is required to adopt a four year delivery program. This identifies how Council will implement the plan through budgeted capital works and recurring operations during its term.
The Operations Plan identifies the budget, capital works and recurring operations that Council will undertake during the current financial year.
Our Place…Our Future Fees and Charges 2012-2013
Details the fees and charges to be applied to hire and use of Council facilities and services during the 2012-2013 Financial Year.
Council is seeking written submissions from the community on the Integrated Plan. Written public submissions close on Friday 25 May at 4.30pm and may be sent to the General Manager, Lithgow City Council, PO Box 19, Lithgow 2790, or to council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au, quoting reference number IPR09-12.
