Designated Persons Disclosure Log

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, councils must make certain information about designated persons publicly available. This disclosure log provides access to returns completed by Councillors and senior staff declaring interests such as property, gifts, contributions and positions that may give rise to a conflict of interest.

The register supports transparency and accountability in council decision-making. Some personal details may be redacted in accordance with privacy and safety requirements.
