Annual Fees and Charges

Lithgow City Councils listing of Fees and Charges outlines fees for all user-pay services, including such items as venue hire, parks and recreational fees and building certificate fees. All fees are outlined in our schedule of fees and charges in accordance with section 608 of the Local Government Act 1993 and other applicable legislation.  

Council's fees and charges are reviewed each year before we finalise Our Place Our Future Operational Plan and Revenue Policy (Annual Budget)  From time to time, other state agencies may change statutory fees, and these will be updated on this website as they occur.
