The Household Chemical CleanOut is on this Sunday, 13 September at the Lithgow Solid Waste Facility between 9am and 12noon. If you have any old chemicals gathering dust in the shed or garage, this is your chance to get rid of them for FREE. You can dispose of household quantities (up to 20L or 20kg per waste type). Business-related and commercial quantities of chemicals are not accepted.
The designated off‑leash area at Lake Wallace provides a spacious, open environment where dogs can enjoy free play and exercise. With plenty of room to run and a relaxed lakeside setting, it’s a popular spot for locals and visitors to let their dogs socialise and burn off energy.
